Day-Of Coordinating Package
We call this “Day-of Coordination” as many people are used to seeing this, however the term is misleading as our package contains much more assistance than just the day of the wedding. It is not realistic to show up on the day of the wedding and expect that all will fall into place without the correct preparation.
For that reason, we provide you with the appropriate consultation prior to your wedding to ensure that nothing has been overlooked. This includes a rehearsal, checklists, photography portrait lists, reserved seating chart, and much much more! As you can tell, the majority of what we assist you with is preparatory in nature so that we are able to execute all aspects of your wedding flawlessly.
We understand that planning a wedding can be overwhelming so we are there for support, advice and guidance. We are the girlfriends who never get tired of wedding talk!
Below are some highlights of what we include in our package:
- Vendor referrals and guidance based on your budget and needs;
- Negotiate lower rates on your behalf and passing along our preferred supplier rates, saving you money;
- Coordination of wedding rehearsal and processional;
- Five (5) hrs of consultation to prepare for the day of your wedding;
- Production of all timelines/schedules;
- Contacting all of your vendors to ensure they have copies of the schedule and confirming all details with them;
Wedding Director for the Day of wedding with one assistant;
- Guiding you graciously through your day and keeping things running on schedule;
- Greeting and managing vendors on wedding day;
- Overseeing set-up and design of both ceremony and reception;
- Dispensing vendor cheques on Bride and Groom’s behalf;
- Orchestrating pictures along with the photographer;
- Ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences;
- Approximately twelve (12) hours on the day of your wedding; and

Full Coordinating Package
The “Full Coordination” Package is a superb option for the couple who is seeking personalized service. This option entitles you to relax with the peace of mind that we are working on all the details for you. We present ideas to you via email, video conferencing or in person based upon your lifestyle. Whether you have a vision in mind or need some creative input we are there for you every step of way. You can be as involved as you feel you need to be.

Below is what is included in our package:
- We assist with selection of venue, menu, apparel for bride and groom including bridesmaids and groomsmen, décor and florals, ceremony music, reception music, clergy/officiant, invitations/stationary, videography, photography, reception entertainment and extras, transportation, hair and makeup, group room blocks at hotel and welcome baskets for hotel guests;
- Coordination of wedding rehearsal and processional;
- Unlimited hours of consultation to prepare for the day of your wedding;
- Production of all timelines/schedules;
- Contacting all of your vendors to ensure they have copies of the schedule and confirming all details with them;
- Wedding Director for the Day of wedding with one assistant;

A-La-Carte Item
This option is available if you require more assistance and just don’t have the time or energy to take care of these important yet time consuming details.
Below are some items that you can pick and choose that you require assistance with. We would be delighted to alleviate your work load and take the stress off your hands:
- Rehearsal Dinner;
- Sunday or Saturday Brunch following wedding festivities;
Hotel package includes securing block rate with gift baskets designed and dropped off for your convenience;
- Management of guest list and RSVPs
- Vendor contract reviews;
- Design/printing ceremony programs and/or menu cards;
- Arranging favours, guest book and money box;
- Additional planning meetings;
- Return of rentals; and
- Book and assist with honeymoon
