Mitzvah Coordinating
We call this “Mitzvah Coordinating”, this package contains more help than just the day of your simcha and can be of great benefit throughout your entire planning process. If you know you’d like to book 2 Steps Ahead Events, it’s best to do it sooner rather than later. That way you can take advantage of vendor referrals and email guidance but most importantly, ensure that we have your date available.

Mitzvah Package
All packages can be customized to fit your needs.
On the day of your child’s bar/bat, my staff and I will oversee and coordinate the entire day with all vendors, ensuring that that the entire affair runs very smoothly and all details are accounted for. This includes checking in all vendors, putting out all favors and place cards, doing last minute décor and table head counts, giving payment envelopes to vendors, coordinating all announcements, facilitating the day's structure, ie. speeches, candle lighting etc.
The Mitzvah package includes:
- Vendor referrals and guidance which will save you money!
- On site meeting
- Coordination of reception
- Director and one "Day Of" Coordinator
- Greeting and managing vendors on day of Bar/Bat
- Set up of place cards
- Overseeing set-up and design of reception
- Acting as a liaison for family members and vendors
- Orchestrating pictures along with the photographer
- Answering guests questions and concerns throughout the evening
- Assisting DJ or MC in a smooth transition of all events
- Seeing to it that family and special guests are given special care and that their every need is catered to
- Supervising and communicating with the chef and catering staff
- Ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences
- Guiding you graciously through your day and keeping things running on schedule
- Organizing and packing everything up for you at the end of the evening.
- Available throughout your planning process to answer any questions and give advice
- Production of all timelines including vendor, m.c., and family
